Company Policy
These principles describe responsible use, service expectations, and the standards that guide every DragonAds client relationship.
Effective date: 23 September 2026
Scope
This Company Policy outlines the general principles that apply when prospective or current clients communicate with DragonAds or request advertising infrastructure and related support. Specific commercial terms are agreed separately with the client.
Eligibility and accurate information
Clients must provide accurate contact, business, billing, and verification information when requested. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and authorized to act for the business you represent.
Acceptable use
DragonAds supports legitimate advertising activity. Our services must not be used for scams, malware, phishing, card harvesting, deceptive banking schemes, unlawful products, or activity intended to deceive or harm people. We may decline or suspend work where risk, illegality, or material misrepresentation is identified.
Advertising compliance
Clients remain responsible for their products, claims, creatives, landing pages, targeting, and compliance with applicable law and advertising platform rules. Operational support, verification assistance, or appeals do not guarantee platform approval or uninterrupted account availability.
Payments, fees, and refunds
Fees, currencies, funding arrangements, credit terms, and delivery timelines are confirmed with the manager before service begins. Where a refund is available, applicable service fees and already incurred costs may be deducted. Processing time depends on the agreed withdrawal method and the status of the relevant account.
Service availability
We aim to deliver reliable infrastructure and timely support, but advertising platforms, payment systems, and other third parties may restrict, suspend, delay, or change services outside our control. Timelines and results described on the website are illustrative unless confirmed in a written agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public client information as confidential and expect clients to protect account credentials, internal documents, pricing, and operational information shared by DragonAds. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to provide the agreed service.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. For questions about these terms, contact the DragonAds manager through the channels shown on the main website.
